Student staff members produce a printed student news magazine called USF Encounter, which is published each month and distributed throughout USF’s three campuses in Joliet. “USF Encounter Online” is a frequently updated website produced by the staff and other USF students.
All year long, WCSF 88.7 FM plays a great mix of new, alternative, independent and local music, programmed and run by University of St. Francis students. When winter comes, you may also know the station as the home of “Spirit of Christmas”—where your favorite Christmas songs are played all day, every day, from Thanksgiving until January 2. USF TV Club
The USF TV Club provides an atmosphere for students wishing to get involved in club activities, enhance their television production skills, and gain personal satisfaction. The club provides quality programming and service to USF and for many years entertained the greater Joliet community by producing the Exploring Joliet cable TV show.
